In their history of encounters, Manchester United and AS Roma have faced off eight times, with United holding a slight advantage, boasting a record of five victories, one draw, and two defeats. Despite Roma securing a 3-2 triumph in the second leg of the Europa League semi-finals back in May 2021, United ultimately advanced to the next round with an aggregate score of 8-5.
